1 Concrete base

(1) Dig a 600MM deep hole in the ground.

(2) According to the requirements of the pre-welded rebar into the reclamation (rebar in accordance with GB1499.2-2007 standard.

(3) Buried cable (required to expose 2M to the ground, the cable is required to bear 3000W power consumption.

(4) Inject concrete (concrete in accordance with the GBT-50107-2010 standard).

(5) Leave to dry for 24 hours (when dry, it is required to cover the concrete base with a plastic sheet).

2 Prepare the installation tool

(1) Crane (can lift 5T)

(2) Wrench (adjustable wrench)

(3) Phillips screwdriver and cable stripper

(4) Level

3 Device Installation

(1) First remove the outer packaging of the equipment;

(2) Put the crane steel rope into the ring hole on the equipment;

(3) When descending the device, align the screw threads of the embedded concrete base (the power cables must be inserted into the cabinet).

(4) Set the nut after insertion, adjust the level and tighten the nut;

(5) After the power supply is connected, the installation is complete.

4 Site Cleaning

(1) First sort out the debris tools left on the site.

(2) Then use a broom to clean up the dirt left on the ground.

(3) After washing the ground with water (the residual slag dust on the ground is washed away).
